Conscious Bite Out: Cinco de Mayo with Wolf of Tacos

Join us for a Conscious Bite Out Dining Experience featuring Chef Eduardo Lara from The Wolf of Tacos in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.

The evening will begin at 6:30 PM with a cocktail hour with passed appetizer and margaritas. At 7:30 PM guests will be seated to enjoy a 5 course dinner, served with a choice of refreshing mocktails or French wines 

CONCEPT

Through our food and beverage, we hope to show you that this holiday is not Mexican Independence Day but rather to commemorate The Battle of Puebla between Mexico and France, and we hope to showcase its historical significance.

Through our plant based Mexican menu, centered around traditional Mexican cooking, paying homage to both the unique culinary intricacies of Puebla and food typically eaten during the holiday's, and pair each course with French wines. The food is inspired by the Lebanese immigrants that arrived in Puebla, hence the influence in the food we're deciding to serve.

EDUARDO/THE WOLF OF TACOS
Eduardo Lara began his own culinary path in October 2020, with a line out of the driveway of his own home, waiting to get their hands on some late-night tacos. Having worked at some of Miami’s most acclaimed restaurants, Eduardo became determined to bring the simplistically rewarding trifecta of meat, sauce, and tortilla to Miami - the same authentic street taqueria experience he grew up eating in his hometown of Mexico City. Currently, The Wolf of Tacos is Eduardo's pop-up for tacos in Miami, gaining traction and notoriety most notably for the Taco Al Pastor, a food that is so nostalgically embedded in his upbringing. Thousands of tacos later, Eduardo has expanded on his culinary path with the goal of educating and showcasing the incredibly culinarily-significant landscape of his native Mexico through the food he creates. Being raised in Miami, inspired by his family's roots, and through his vast experience in the industry at such a young age, Eduardo is set on bringing that experience to the city he calls home. Beyond that, Eduardo has been invited to host dinners and events for Delta Airlines, SOBE Wine and Food Festival, and being acclaimed by The Infatuation and The Miami Herald for his food, to name a few.
